Only products received in damaged condition can be exchanged or returned. If the product is received in damaged condition, you can opt to exchange it or return the product to us. In case of a return, the amount paid for the product minus gateway charges and handling fees will be refunded. Please follow the procedure below in order for us to process the return properly.
If you receive a product in damaged condition, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product by calling us at 96069 47100. Please note that our support hours are Monday through Saturday, 9am to 7pm IST.
Please note that all information requested by the advisor needs to be furnished in order to process the exchange or return. Failure or delay in doing so can impact the processing of your exchange or return.
Also note that refunds (in case of return) can take up to 28 days after the damaged product is sent back to us.
